Bar staff were wonderful and turned what was a disaster of a night into a great night.Brought a drink over for the birthday and offered alternatives to the drinks that they didn't have.If I'm ever back down that way again I would definitely pop back in xx
Belting pub close to the station cask beers are always in good condition, a good selection usually, staff very good never wait to be served especially when the alex are at home . Northern soul on in the back some Sunday afternoons. sport on telly
Great owners, relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Pool table. Horse racing on the TVs. Beer garden-ish outdoor area with seating just off the main room. Juke box. Karaoke on Sunday nights. Fresh local banter with 6 beers and a dark fruit hard cider on tap. No food. Good view for street watching in comfy chairs. But who has time to watch the street when the locals keep you entertained for hours and hours.
